Our founding question
What happens when a doctor builds a health plan?
Imperial Health was founded by a physician who'd spent enough time on the other side of the exam table to see what was broken. Plans that paid for the wrong things. Networks that treated members like account numbers. Customer service lines that never seemed to lead anywhere.
So we built something different. A plan that's run with a clinician's eye for what actually keeps people healthy, paired with a small-team commitment to picking up the phone when you call.
